Meet the Team
BodyLink is a Silverdale-based clinic supporting children, teens and adults through a calm, non-invasive approach focused on the brain and body connection.
Our team brings complementary skills and a shared goal: helping you feel clearer, more supported, and confident about your next steps.
Suitable for children, teens and adults. Based in Silverdale, Auckland.
Some people come to us because they’re worried about their child’s learning, development or regulation. Others come because they want support with whole-family wellbeing, resilience, or feeling more “back to themselves”. Either way, the goal is the same: reduce overwhelm, increase clarity, and create a plan that makes sense in everyday life.

Our Purpose
BodyLink exists because many people feel stuck between two unhelpful extremes:
- lots of information, but no clear direction, or
- quick fixes that don’t hold.
We aim to offer a calmer middle path: thoughtful support, explained in everyday language, with clear next steps and progress check-ins.
Not sure where to start?
No pressure. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you find the best place to start.
What we do
- supporting foundations (especially for children and learning)
- supporting regulation and nervous system load
- taking a whole-person view, not a single-symptom view
- helping families understand what’s going on and what to do next
Who we are
Michelle is the founder of BodyLink and a qualified Neurological Integration Practitioner and Neuro-developmental Delay Therapist. She supports people across the lifespan, with a strong focus on child development, learning foundations, and whole-family wellbeing.

Michelle Grigg
Michelle began her health career as a registered nurse, completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Nursing) and working in both hospital and community settings.
Over time, she wanted approaches that better supported how the nervous system and body work together, which led her to the Neurological Integration System (NIS).
Michelle became an NIS Practitioner in 2005 and has been using this neuroscience-based approach in practice ever since.
Michelle is also passionate about infant and child development and completed a postgraduate certificate in Neuro-Developmental Delay through INPP. She’s known for being calm, thorough, and practical, with a focus on helping families understand what’s going on and what to do next, without overwhelm.
What Michelle helps with (examples):
- Learning and development support (foundations first)
- Regulation and nervous system support
- Whole-family health and wellbeing (all ages)

Janelle Lelo
Janelle is a paediatric occupational therapist, a mother of four, and someone who enjoys the energy and honesty children bring. She supports children and their families with sensory processing, motor development, reflex integration, emotional regulation, and building strong foundations for everyday participation.
She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Trauma and Violence Studies. Her background includes work across both the public and private sectors in social and vocational rehabilitation, strengthening her understanding of meaningful participation in real life, not just in theory.
Janelle brings warmth and practicality into sessions, and she’s a big believer in self-care and the ripple effect it can have across family life: when we can better regulate ourselves, it often becomes easier to support and regulate others too.
What Janelle helps with (examples):
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Motor development and coordination
- Reflex integration support
- Emotional regulation skills for everyday life

Celia Buckwell
With nearly two decades of experience in the natural health industry, Celia brings a strong clinical foundation and a wealth of practical knowledge to her work. As a qualified naturopath, NIS practitioner, and supplement specialist, she has supported both practitioners and patients across a wide range of health presentations.
Celia has a particular interest in understanding the body as an interconnected system. Her approach is thoughtful and individualised, focusing on identifying underlying drivers rather than simply addressing symptoms. She values evidence-informed natural healthcare and is passionate about empowering families with clear, practical guidance that supports long-term wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic, Celia enjoys long walks with her high-energy German Shepherd and spending time at the beach whenever she can.
What Celia helps with (examples):
- Whole-person wellbeing support
- NIS-based nervous system support
- Clear, practical natural health guidance
