Services
BodyLink offers non-invasive, whole-person support for children, teens and adults. Some people arrive knowing exactly what they’re looking for. Others just know something isn’t working and they want clearer next steps.
Start with the right pathway
Most people get the best results when we start with the right “fit”, rather than guessing.
If you’re unsure, the simplest and most effective first step is an initial appointment (assessment). After that, we’ll refer to this as your initial appointment, and we’ll focus on the plan forward.
Quick Guide:
- If you’re here mainly for learning, development and kids’ challenges, start with Child Development & Learning Support or the Learning & Development Program (Reflex Integration).
- If you want support for whole-family wellbeing, recovery, resilience or regulation, start with Whole-Family Health & Recovery (NIS).
- If you’re not sure, book an initial appointment and we’ll guide you.

Core programs
These are the two main pathways BodyLink is built around.
Learning & Development Program (Reflex Integration)
A structured, child-focused program designed to support evelopmental foundations that can influence learning, coordination and regulation.
This is often relevant when children are:
- working unusually hard at school tasks
- struggling with attention, coordination or regulation
- finding reading/writing more effortful than expected
- becoming overwhelmed, anxious or exhausted by everyday demands

Whole-Family Health & Recovery (NIS)
A gentle, non-invasive approach suitable for children, teens and adults. NIS (Neurological Integration System) provides a structured way of supporting nervous system function and the way the body communicates and adapts over time.
This can be a helpful starting point when you’re looking for:
- whole-person wellbeing support
- regulation and resilience under stress
- recovery support and getting back to feeling like yourself
- a clearer plan when things feel “not quite right”
Supporting modalities
These pages exist because some people search for these terms directly. In clinic, they may be used as
supporting tools within a broader plan, depending on what’s appropriate for you.
Photobiomodulation (PBM)
PBM is a supportive modality that uses light-based therapy in a controlled way.
Neurosage
Neurosage is another supportive modality that may be included within a personalised plan.
Not sure where to start?
If you’re not sure which service fits, you don’t need to decide alone. The best next step is an initial appointment so we can understand your situation and recommend the most appropriate pathway.
