Whole-Family Health & Wellbeing
Sometimes you don’t have a neat label for what’s going on. You just know you’re not at your best, and daily life feels harder than it should.
At BodyLink, we support children, teens, and adults with a non-invasive, whole-person approach that looks at the brain, nervous system, gut health, and the foundations that affect how you feel and function every day. Our goal is to help you understand what's contributing, reduce the load, and move forward with a clear, practical plan.
Based in Silverdale, Auckland. Support can sit alongside your existing healthcare providers.
When you’re not at your best, everything gets harder
A lot of people put off getting help because they feel like they “should be fine”. Or they don’t want to overreact. But if you’ve been stuck in a loop of pushing through, managing symptoms, or feeling like your energy and resilience have dipped, it’s worth getting a clearer view.
What's often missing is an explanation of why. Why the energy won't come back. Why sleep doesn't restore. Why the gut feels unsettled or the brain feels foggy. Understanding what's actually contributing changes everything.
This page is here to make one thing obvious:
BodyLink isn’t only for kids. We support whole-family wellbeing and work with people across ages and stages - from children to adults.
What we can support
Because this is a whole-person approach, people come to us for a wide range of reasons. The common thread is usually this: they want better function, better regulation, and a clearer path forward.
People often seek support for things like:
Brain & nervous system
- brain fog, poor concentration, or mental fatigue
- anxiety, low mood, or emotional overwhelm
- stress load and nervous system regulation
Gut health & immunity
- gut health, digestive discomfort, and food sensitivities
- immune system support and slow recovery from illness
- hormonal balance and female health
Energy & recovery
- energy, stamina, and coping with daily demands
- sleep difficulties: trouble settling or waking unrestored
- general wellbeing and resilience
Family & whole-person support
- supporting a child or teen alongside family wellbeing
- structural support: muscle tension, joint health, recovery
- recovery and getting back to feeling like yourself
If your situation is more complex or you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit, the best first step is an initial appointment so we can guide you appropriately.
We don’t try to do everything at once. We focus on the most meaningful “first step” and build from there.
We take a calm, structured approach that’s designed to reduce guesswork.
That means we:
- listen carefully to what you’re experiencing and what’s changed
- consider the bigger picture (sleep, stress, recovery, capacity)
- look for patterns that may be contributing
- explain our thinking in everyday language
- recommend a realistic plan based on your goals
Our whole-person approach
What an initial appointment looks like
Your first visit is a focused, half-hour conversation — not an assessment or treatment session. It's a chance for us to hear what's been going on and point you in the right direction.
We’ll take time to:
- understand what’s been happening and what feels hardest right now
- discuss what you’ve tried already and what has/hasn’t helped
- explain what we think is most likely contributing
- recommend a clear next step and what support could look like
You'll leave knowing:
- what we think is most likely contributing
- what we recommend as the next step
- what support could look like over the coming weeks

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide medical diagnosis?
No. We do not diagnose medical conditions. We provide non-invasive wellbeing support that can sit alongside care from your registered healthcare provider.
Can children and adults both book?
Yes. We support children, teens and adults. We tailor the approach to the person in front of us.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals and what we find at your initial appointment. We’ll recommend a plan that’s realistic and appropriate for you.
Is this a replacement for my GP/specialist?
No. If you have medical concerns, please continue care with your registered healthcare provider. BodyLink support can complement your broader care.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
Book an initial appointment and we’ll guide you to the most appropriate pathway (often NIS or one of the child-focused supports).
